. and that is the charge mostly by republicans that if you feel any different about the drone program under president obama than you would have under george w. bush, you are an utter, hopeless hypocrite. let me ask you a question. how would you feel about a madeleine albright panel on women and body image. now how do you feel about the larry flint panel on women and body image. how do you feel about your kid and dr. ruth's sex ed class ver tus todd akin? do you feel different about warren buffett versus bernie madoff? of course you do because you're normal. according to the republican logic, if you feel any different about midlan albright and larry flint, you are a hypocrite. look, i voted for president obama because i trust his values and his judgment and i believe that he's a fundamentally responsible actor without gratuitously slamming ex-president bush, i think he displayed lapses in judgment in executing his primary responsibility in commander in chief and put troops in harm's way imprudently. president obama would have exercised better judgment and he has exercised better judgment. the way it stands

michelle obama not put a stop to this already? the scouts say the overall mission of the cookie program is to teach girls goal setting, decision making, money management, business ethics, and binge eating. plus it teaches kids how to meet strangers in a park lot, which is important. so buy some girl scout movies and don't try to pull that move at the supermarket where you pretend you're talking on your cell phone. if you can text while driving, you buy some cookies while you walk. this is a video that has become very popular online. i don't know if you've seen this. this is a 2-year-old from kansas, his name is titus, and titus appears to be very, very good at basketball. he's got his little basketball hoop and he can make baskets from really far away. he's like a little harlem globetrotter. the parents up loaded a three-minute video to youtube. in the video, the kid nails every shot. so this morning they brought him on the "today" show and this is how things went for titus with no editing. >> your other kids, did they do similar things when they were titus's age? >> i don't know if any

if the obama administration has been using these drones against american citizens in a couple of cases. we know yes. brennan said if he's are americans who have gone overseas and aligned themselves with al qaeda, they have to know we're going to do whatever possible to save lives. this is not something that's done as retribution. it's something done when they believe there's an imminent attack. he also talked about back in the bush administration when he was a deputy director of the cia interrogation tactics in question back then. waterboarding he said reprehensible and despite the cia's explanations, he says there is still a lot of questions about that. he never really felt comfortable with it and voiced those objections. lawmakers here especially key democrats say they think he has a good shot at this confirmation. jon? >> tracie potts, thank you for that update. >>> bay area's new man about town. sergio romo visiting the san francisco zoo yesterday there to meet the 4-month-old monkey that was born in october during the giants world series run. the zoo named her romo after an online vote. ro
